Over recent years Third Screen Media has helped Ritchies, the largest chain of independent supermarkets in the IGA network to include mobile into their ‘Community Benefits’ loyalty program. With a strong emphasis on local communities Ritchies donates 1% of every dollar spent to local charities and organisations selected by the individual shopper.
TSM strategically guided Ritchie’s to integrate mobile into their existing loyalty program. Localised specials are delivered via MMS to loyal Ritchies customers. The program has had some fantastic results and we look forward to continuing our groundbreaking relationship with Ritchies/IGA.
